What to Do If Artwork (Art/Crafts) Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within three (3) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 321-345-7673 or email [email protected] to give us your order information.
Step 2 – Save original packaging!
Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to [email protected].
Step 4 – An Enchanted Rose Creations support representative will contact you to discuss next steps.
Customized Items or Custom Made-to-Order Items
CUSTOMIZED PIECES OR CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All sales of custom or customized items are final, and are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Other Items (Non-Artwork)
From the time you receive your item from our couriers, you have three (3) days to decide whether to keep the item or return the item in its original condition for a refund.
We require all returned items to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the item will be returned. So, if you receive an item you’ve purchased from Enchanted Rose Creations and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Three (3) days to contact us about your intent to return the item
Two (2) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the item. ***Do not ship the item before contacting us; you must first contact us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the item within 3 days of receipt or you do not ship the item within 2 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)
How to Return an Undamaged Item (Non-Artwork, Non-Custom Items)
Step 1 – Within three (3) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 321-345-7673 or email [email protected] to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the item.
Step 2 – Repackage the item using the original packaging materials used by Enchanted Rose Creations. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the item back safely to us. All returns must be shipped with full insurance, and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Once the item safely reaches us, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return. Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.
